Profile evaluation for ME phd

What are my chances to get to top Mechanical engineering schools?

S.Korea 2nd tier university with undergraduate GPA 3.8/4.3

I currently have TOEFL 105, GRE (157,167,3.5) for english proficiency test.

I have 2 first-author articles (JCR upper 1%) and 2 second-author articles (JCR upper 1%).

Do you think I can get into top PhD programs such as MIT, UCB or Stanford as well as top 10 ones?
