Information on Counselling Psychology?

Hi Everyone! 

I was wondering if anyone on this forum either is or knows someone who is a counselling psychologist or a graduate student in the area? I am becoming increasingly interested in the work counselling psychologists perform on a daily basis, where they generally work, and what kinds of career opportunities are available to them. There is information about some of these things online, but sometimes I like to hear straight from the source! :) So if anyone could chime in, I would greatly appreciate it!

Not in practice as a counseling psychologist but have my master's in counseling psych and will be starting PhD in counseling psych this fall! Feel free to DM if you have questions or would just like to chat! I'm happy to offer a student's perspectives/my motivations for entering the field
