UMich Ann Arbor or UPenn MS in COmputer Science no funding

I have got into UMich Ann Arbor, UPenn and USC without funding for MS in Computer Science. My interests are Robotics and AI. Which university should I chose. Job is not my greatest concern as I might end up doing a phd.

Those are all good schools. Without funding, going to an inexpensive school is important (especially if you are thinking about continuing to a phd), so choose that way (just guessing that UMich is probably the least expensive as its a state school).
