Corona Virus Impact on Application Plans?

Hey everyone,

New to this forum! I've been planning to apply this fall, for matriculation in the fall of 2021. However, with everything that's happening, I'm just not too sure if I am making the right decision in timing. Given the situation and all this uncertainty with the corona virus, just wanted to ask if anyone here has essentially decided to push back their application plans to next year instead (for matriculation in 2022)? 

Also, do you guys feel that things / this whole situation would be better by September 2021 (in-person classes, events...and just a normal grad school environment in general).
