Columbia University MSW Advanced Standing 2021

Hi all!

I am going into my senior year of my BSW and I am starting to look into grad school. My dream school is Columbia so I am wondering if anyone has any tips for the application- how to write the personal statement, how to format my resume... I'll take any advice I can get! I am currently doing an internship, volunteering with a non profit, and I am on two executive boards. My grades aren't perfect but they are not terrible either. Regardless I'm afraid my GPA is going to get me denied immediately. So, again, any advice on the application process would be much appreciated! Also, if you're applying too, feel free to post questions here as well : )
