UofMinn-TwinCities vs Stony Brook (SUNY)

Hey,

I got acceptance from both UMN-Twin Cities and Stony Brook (SUNY) for MS in Computer Science, which do you think is a better choice.

I've read somewhere that SB is famous in the East Coast but not so much in California. One major factor for my decision would be the reputation of school, since I hope to at least get an interview call from biggies in California/NewYork. Considering this which university will do a "better" job?

I would really appreciate your help.
