I am very torn. I am an undergraduate applying in Neuro for my PhD. 3.6 GPA 3.85 in major 3 years research 3 papers in prep including a primary pub. GREAT LoR and many leadership experiences. I was offered a spot as a post-bacc at a very good lab at the NIH but am currently obviously waiting to hear back on schools. The PI wants an answer before then. What would you do? Should I just take the job for the ability to go to high tier schools or keep applying?
