That was a brief interview. They issued me a yellow color 220 g form and told me that I have to submit some documents which they will ask in email. They have also crossed-out some documents on yellow form. But on email, those documents crossed on 220 g are not compulsory to submit(means they mentioned that if applicable). Following is list of documents they have asked in email:APPLICANT NAME: PASSPORT #: APPLICANT HEIGHT IN INCHES (MALES ONLY): FATHER’S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH: MOTHER’S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH: (IF APPLICABLE) SPOUSE’S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH: THE NAMES AND DATES OF BIRTH OF ANY SIBLINGS THE NAMES OF CHILDREN INCLUDES NATURAL CHILDREN, STEP-CHILDREN, AND ADOPTED CHILDREN: NAME OF YOUR FORMER SPOUSE(S): EDUCATION (POST-SECONDARY): YOUR TRAVEL HISTORY OUTSIDE YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS, INCLUDING DATES, LOCATIONS, LENGTH OF STAY, AND SOURCE OF FUNDS: YOUR PRIOR EMPLOYMENT(S), (PLUS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION IF APPLICABLE) FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS: ALL PHONE NUMBERS YOU HAVE USED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS: ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PUBLIC-FACING SOCIAL MEDIA (DO NOT NEED TO LIST ACCOUNTS DESIGNED FOR USE BY MULTIPLE USERS WITHIN A BUSINESS OR OTHER ORGANIZATION) HANDLES YOU HAVE USED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS: ALL OF YOUR ADDRESSES DURING THE LAST 15 YEARS, IF DIFFERENT FROM YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS: ALL OF YOUR PRIOR PASSPORT(S) NUMBERS AND COUNTRY OF PASSOPRT ISSUANCE: A COPY OF YOUR RESUME OR CURRICULUM VITAE: COMPLETE LIST OF ALL PUBLICATIONS (IF ANY): A COPY OF YOUR ACADEMIC ADVISOR’S CURRICULUM VITAE (IF APPLICABLE): A DETAILED ITINERARY: Following is list of documents they have crossed on 220 g form: 1. Academic CV 2. Research Plan 3. Abstracts for Research Papers 4. Advisors CV I want to ask, Is that necessary for me to submit all documents of 220 g form as well as email? Secondly, how must I write detailed itinerary for my 4 years student VISA? How much time I must expect to get a response for my VISA?
