Should I submit my GRE scores??

Hi all, I am a fourth year student trying to apply to course-based psychology/education master program. I currently have a gpa of 3.45/4 and in terms of GRE I have 166 for verbal and 167 for quant. Should I submit them?? Since the GRE is optional this year I am afraid that submitting them would be more harmful as they aren't very competitive. Any advice?? THanks!

I believe these scores are very competitive. Where you plan to apply?
