Applied for McGill's MScA Occupational health program (do I stand a chance?)

I am almost done my BSc in Biochem have a 3.6 GPA, I think my personal statement is good, experience in occupational health, 1 publication, and a recommendation letter from my supervisor in my OH&S job and my honours project supervisor. How competitive is the program, the enrollment rate went from 40 students in 2016 to 10 students in 2017-19. Is this due to low # of applicants or less acceptance offers? Anyone out there with comparable grades and experience to mine that got accepted in previous years?
