No point in going back in time and doing it again, as the outcome will be different every time.

I have 2 years full-time experience and 1.5 years of part-time experience along with an experience of running my own start-up (not too big scale) for 2 years while I was in undergrad. 
Do you think this will count towards their requirement of 3 years experience? To be honest the interview was a bit of a surprise to me as they mentioned in the webinar that I had attended back in November that I should wait for another year to apply.... so keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it goes well!

Hello there! I have a pretty simillar situation with you. Strictly speacking, my full-time experience does not reach 3 years. Btw, I am also from a design background but I did not recieve the interview invitation. So I believe I do not have possibility to be accepted in this program.

In addition, I am also curious about how they managed this program last year. Did they accept student defer? Or everyone was in Zoom University...What a tough year for everyone...

Thanks! They give you a link to select timeslots over a period of the upcoming week after the email comes in. So if the interview invitation comes in on a Friday, the link will show timeslots for the next week. 

Folks who've finished their interviews: any word on when decisions will be out? I tried emailing the program to find out but haven't heard back.

The website and previous years’ stats show that they only release it mid-April ? so we have almost a month more to go! I am under the assumption that interviews are still going on and will go on till early April (again, based on last years’ stats)

I would suggest keep the hopes up, may be they are using some batch based system. Or maybe something else. I think we have time till first week of April to get those invites. To be honest, I am also getting nervous day by day, looking at my inbox, spam folder, checking this forum again and again. But I would say, too early to give up on this. 

By the way, anyone out of you from business background has received an interview invite?

When did you submit the application?
And did you receive that "We wanted to let you know we are in the process of carefully reviewing your application...." email on 3rd March?

Just trying to see check a random hypothesis i.e. if people who have received this email are out of the interview list!!

Got the invite on Feb 26, had the interview the following week after that. Submitted app the day of the deadline. Did not receive that March 3rd email. 

Interesting hypothesis! I wonder what their plan for rolling out decisions is, haven't heard anything since the interview so freaking out a bit.

Someone in this forum got an accept.. So that is also on a rolling basis
