I'm actually an International student who plans to study my MA in the U.S. Since it's my first time applying to a U.S. institute, I wanted to ask when the universities send out decision letters for rolling admissions.

I am also an international applicant, so hey there, lol.
I think it depends on your school and the program, you could check the admission website or send an email to the admission office. But I think it would be around mid-March.
