Will parents' phd degree benefit children's undergraduate application as alumni

I just start wondering as we know if you are a Harvard undergraduate, your kids are more likely to get an offer from Harvard, and I am pretty sure master degrees from Harvard won't do that.

So, how about PhD, JD,MD,EdD, I mean all those doctoral degrees.
