choosing a Classics post bac program

I am trying to decide between ucla and columbia for the classics post pac program. I want to be a medievalist and so both schools said that I could skip the Greek and do classical and medieval Latin. Which program is better suited for me?

UCLA has a medieval studies institute whereas Columbia does not.
