I assume that a lot of people on this discussion forum applied to Waterloo and Carleton. Is anyone else having a super hard time deciding which school they will be accepting? Waterloo is a fully self-funded program, but it is highly recognized (although it is newer when compared to Carleton) and has high co-op placement rates, and just recently launched a graduate diploma which could be highly attractive to employers.

On the other hand, Carleton gives quite generous funding, and has been around for such a long time. The program is highly recognized by managers in the federal government and of course, the location of the school is right in the nations capital.

I was wondering if anyone else can shed light on why they are accepting their offer (or have already accepted, current students options are welcomed) to one of these schools or help make a pro/con list.

Thanks!
