a little help with LOR please!

Hi everybody!

I am a French prospective student, I am not familiar with US grad school at all and worry a bit to make stupid mistakes in my application. I hope students who have been recently admitted will share their experience with LOR.

I intend to apply to SIPA and Wagner for spring admission. In total, I will have 1 academic letter and 3 professional (2 from my current job, 1 from a eight-month internship at the French embassy in the US in 2007).

- What do you think, should I submit exactly what Wagner demands, ie 2 LOR for Wagner or can I provide one more (1 academic + 2 professionnal)?

- SIPA demands 3 LOR but I have only 1 significant work experience, is it ok to submit 2 letters from the same organization as long as it is from 2 top managers I work close with? Or is it better to provide letters from different work places?
