Please help: University of Helsinki vs University of Turku

I have 2 Masters offers, one from University of Helsinki (without scholarship) and one from University of Turku (100% tuition fee scholarship).

 

I could find some loan from my parents/family for University of Helsinki for 1 year. For the next year, I have to find a job in Finland. On the other hand, University of Helsinki is a top 100 university while University of Turku is only top 300. Moreover, University of Turku holds the lowest rank in Computer science in Finland. 

 

Could anyone help to have a good decision? Thank you in advance.
