Decision between Baylor college of medicine BCM and UTSW BBS program

Hi Guys!

This forum has been really helpful throughout the application process. I got offer from BCM and UTSW for PhD program in Biomedical sciences. I think both the programs are great and offer competitive stipend. 

I would love to get your opinion about them. any big red flags or vice versa a strong point for one school over the other?

 

I am an international student living in the US. Since this year's interview was virtual, it is difficult to assess the cities and campuses. any help appreciated!
