Northwestern University MS in Education

Does anyone here have any experiencing with Northwestern's MS in Education program? What stats did you have before applying? I'm going into my senior year of undergrad and Northwestern is my top choice for my masters in teaching, but I'm having a ton of trouble figuring out how competitive this program is and what they're usually looking for in terms of stats from applicants. I've got a 3.8 GPA at the University of Iowa majoring in an interdisciplinary Global Studies program. I have one LoR locked down and will be asking for others at the end of this term. Any help with expectations management would be much appreciated!
