Before I start - I have to say that I understand many of the counselling services/admission helps are giant ripoffs. I am in a precarious situation - so lmk if it make sense for me to do this.
My profile:
GRE - 327 (160V, 167Q)
TOEFL - 109
CGPA - 7.88 / 10 (On a 10 point scale) from a Tier-2/3 University.
No research experience.
4 1/2 years of work ex.
I applied for Masters in CS in 2018, did not get a single admit. I am not sure what I did wrong. I am willing to bet I was very ambitious in my university selection. However, I am not sure how well I did in my SOP/LOR writing.
I am planning to apply now again for Fall-2022. However, I don't want to bomb this season also. Should I get professional help? Or am I better off applying by myself. (Note: I applied by myself in 2018).
