Publishing in psychology - please help

Hello there!

I'm currently trying to publish my research papers but I don't know where to start. I read some stuff about what to do, but I'm not sure I get it. First of all, I need to find a journal that has aims close to my paper, right? So, the paper I will publish firstly is a qualitative reasearch about the experiences of therapists on their self-disclosure during sessions. Any suggestions or food for thought will be appreciated!
