I do not know good forums except that one, unfortunately. However, I can recommend you the https://food-technologist.biz/ blog I am signed up to and where different news about food recipes, food technologies or new ideas are posted. 

I also think there are plenty of forums like ours which might fulfill your needs of interest :3
