German Masters programs in continental philosophy and literary theory?

I am applying to a German masters program via Fulbright, but I have begun this research process very late and did not leave myself much time to select a department. Could anyone recommend German masters programs relevant to my interests in continental philosophy and literary theory, especially critical theory, deconstruction, and contemporary online culture? I believe they must also be only one year and in English, and I have had difficulty finding programs meeting those conditions as well.
