From US, Applying to MA/MFA Fine Art programs abroad

Hi y'all, 

I have looked and looked and don't really want to be in the United States for my graduate schooling. I would like to get an MA/MFA in Fine art abroad but have mostly only seen programs in the UK (most of which are as expensive as the ones in the US). Does anyone know of any programs abroad other than the ones in the UK and well if you know about the ones in the UK do you have any recommendations about getting funding, applying, etc? (I know English and Spanish so I would be able to do a program in either language.)
