One of my recommenders is not responding, and I want to delete this request. But CMU application form does not allow this. I have added my backup recommender as my 4th recommender. My question is, if the primary recommender doesn't send in his LOR, but I have still have fulfilled the requirement of 3 LORs, will my application be received?
