Is if worthy to apply for English MA programs in Europe

Hi! I'm an undergraduate student who is interested in 19-20 century philosophy, German Idealism, metaethics. One of my professors say that some English programs (probably M.A. programs, I still want to get my PhD in the USA.) in Europe, especially in Germany, are also worth applying, for example, the Leipzig University, Humboldt University,  FU Berlin, Universiteit van Amsterdam. How do you guys think about these choices?
