USC applicants

Hey! Has anyone applied for USC? I applied for the priority deadline (11/1), but I was informed that it was not related to funding, as all accepted students are fully funded. I was wondering what this priority deadline means. Anyway, when does USC typically release its results?

I applied on 12/01. I imagined USC receive a lot of applications and starts to review them in November
