I'm interested in doing a masters in 16th/17th century Dutch and Flemmish Art, particularly art markets. Can anyone suggest good masters programs for that topic?? Is there a list anywhere of top art history masters programs in general??

Duke (Hans van Miegroet). UMD (Richard Spear). Jeff Smith at UT is a great man and good scholar, but he is not a good intellectual adviser and his methodology is very traditional.
