I'm planning on applying to a PhD program's early consideration/decision in Canada. But I heard that early decision in undergraduate school usually means if the applicants got admitted, they would have to go to that school, which means that it's a binding admission. I wondered if anyone knows whether this rule also applies to PhD/graduate schools in Canada?
The program's website doesn't mention anything about if it's binding or not, and I emailed the admissions office but am still waiting for their reply.
