Hey all,

I am applying to an I/O Psychology MS program this fall for the fall of 2011. I looked at the program stats for admittance for 2009...the stats were 3.40 GPA, 1071 GRE. I have a 3.68 GPA, have a 1150 GRE, I am a member of American Psychological Association, American Psychological Society, Society for Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Psi Chi Psychology National honor's society, dean's list at my university, I am a research assistant for the Institute for Simulation and Training (and have worked on 3 projects, made good friendships with doctoral students...I run experiments, do data entry, transcribing, pulling out themes in transcription), and I can get 2 great letters of recommendation from the IST faculty members I am doing research work for, and a LoR from one of my professors. I am wanting to specialize in workforce motivation, which is also a focal point of this program. Any help would be great, thanks!
