Received interview request from Emory CSI PhD program. What type of questions should I expect?

I received an interview request from Emory University CSI PhD program, which I assume is a good sign. But I didn't expect an interview to be a part of the application process, so I am quite nervous. I was wondering if anyone had any idea about the type of questions that are typically asked in these interviews. The email for the interview request did mention about going through my course and research preparedness. So, am I expected to have strong technical knowledge about the research area that I mention in my application? Or is it going to be just basic discussion about my research interests and future plan?
