what to do when you are on the waitlist?

I got on the waitlist for MPP at Berkeley this year, and I wonder if there is anything I can do while I wait. The letter said specifically do not supply more documents (We do not accept any new or additional information to include with your application, so there is no need to submit any further documentation at this time.). Should we follow that instruction? or should we go ahead and reach out to the administration office and submit more documents anyway?

If you submit more documents after you have specifically been told not to, you are explicitly showing the program that you cannot follow simple directions and I'm pretty sure they aren't going to want someone like that in their program. Do not go against explicitly given instructions.
