Offers of admission to wait listers after April 15th?

Hello all. I am on the wait lists of two philosophy departments from whom I have yet to hear. Do wait listers still receive offers after April 15th? How common is this? Any information on this would be appreciated.

Reach out to the departments asking about your specific application. In my experience you're far more likely to get a useful response in you know who the admissions chair is and contact them directly.
