abbas Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 (edited) Dears, I'm applying to a fellowship for graduate studies at MIT as International student. I was graduated in 2007 and working as a software developer since then. Now I'm thinking to take my master degree from the MIT. Currently I don't have any publish papers or academic research but I'm very interested to study distributed computing as it is very related to my work. Should I contact some MIT professors and express my interests and my work background to support my application? some of my friends did that but they are already holding master degree. Thanks Edited August 17, 2010 by abbas
microkernel Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Hmm, that would be good I guess. But I am not sure what are the odds of getting a reply, as MIT is ambitious to every applicant Can you please post your profile here (am just curious). Thanks
