Hertie school of Governance MPP

is it hard to get to Hertie School of Governance? My GPA is 94.44 out of 100 and i have a good job experience thou i'm 20 years old and applying before taking my BA diploma (I'll be a senior student this fall) 

please what you think of it? and my I'm American studies student; will i have any real chances to get acceptance from that university? well theoretical i can as it is written but I'm really concerned about it whether I'm really eligible for the program.
