Undergrad Institution: Flagship state school, R1 (~ Top 100 according to US News)
Major: Economics, Double Major in Statistics
GPA: 3.77 (Magna Cum Laude)
Type of Student: Domestic White Male

GRE General Test: Haven't taken it yet, expecting 165+ Q and 160+ V based on practice tests, AWA about 4.0+
 
Programs Applying: Masters in Biostatistics
 
 
Research Experience: Have about 4 months of research experience in unrelated field (econometrics), another 3 months of research in biostatistics.

Awards/Honors/Recognitions: Accepted into competitive departmental honors program that will allow me to conduct paid biostatistics research during my senior year. Received a few merit-based awards due to academic achievements.
 
Letters of Recommendation: Strong letters expected from econometrics professor who I did research with, from director of the departmental honors program (who is also a professor I have had for a class), and from the professor I am doing biostatistics research with.
 
Math/Statistics Grades:  Calc I (B), Calc II (A-), Calc III/Multivariable (B+),  Linear Algebra (fairly proof-based) (A), Probability (A), Econometrics (B), Basic Stats Class (A), along with As in a few other programming/stats classes.
