Every field needs a deep study in all aspects before putting out in the world and finding it agreeable that any field of study can have advanced
importance once it is being exposed to all parts of the world. To have an open mind considering the field from multiple and different perspective 
it is necessary.

As for now , technology is innovating every day connecting people from different parts of the world in one of the magic of technology 
which makes it easier for  us to have a global structure in every organization and have the teams with members from different countries 
brainstorming the ideas on real world problems just to cover every minor detail for a specific field from different visions .
Every organization nowadays welcomes international students and contains a room of diverse culture and thoughts , everyone speaks
 their mind and do the research in their own manner which brings in the creativity and difference of opinion about the certain study 
and leads to debate voraciously regarding that area just to showcase the thorough and clear understanding of that specific field .

Not including outsiders in the field of study do have its perks as of being able to have same plan of action and persuasive discussions not to 
ignore having the master knowledge of the area around as well as known of the behavioral aspects of the people around helps the process moves smoothly 
But by being stepped out of the comfort zone gives a sanguine and advanced thinking regarding the work which helps grow the future , so I Find it fundamentally 
agreeable that every field of study needs some outsiders experience and knowledge to have advanced exposure .
