Hi! Does anyone have any updates on McGill? I would appreciate it! I had heard some people hear about offers and some had rejections. Mine still says under review. Anyone else?

How long do people usually have to accept an offer? I was waitlisted at a couple schools and I am curious how long most people have to accept!

The University of Calgary is only giving students until March 24th to accept, but I heard students have until April 15th to accept McGill.

Does anyone know how waitlists work? I got wait-listed at my top choice (MSVU), and I'm wondering if there's any hope lol. How many people are usually on the waitlist? Do many people decline offers? I know with programs like MD/DDS, they keep you on the waitlist until a week before classes begin, would this be a similar case or do they usually finalize their cohort much sooner?

I'm in the same boat as you, MSVU is also my top choice and I am also waitlisted  I don't know anyone who got in so I'm not sure when they need to have their decision in by, but I'm assuming it is around 3-4 weeks from the admission offer date. I saw on the results page that someone was waited listed around the end of February a few years ago, and was then offered admission about a month later.
