Profile Evaluation for a ChemE PhD

Graduated from a ~50 ranked school in 2020 with a 3.64 GPA Worked in a cellular engineering lab for 2 semesters REU, but it was more BME/EE focused GRE: 160 verbal, 169 quant, 5 writing Spent 1.5 yrs at an IT job and .5 as a plant tech at a small r&d company

I have 1 top 10 school picked out as a longshot and then 4 more ranging from 20-55. Does this seem reasonable or should I try a bit lower still?
