Hi all, currently finishing my junior fall semester and wanted advice for the goals I want to reach within the process of getting to a chem grad school (interested in organic ATM)

Goals: (Any top ten program), UNC, UM ann arbor, UC Berkley, Harvard

Current GPA:3.99

In Major:4.0

Research

Did Research at TAMU for summer 22, did research freshman spring till sophomore fall (2021), and now researching in total synthesis lab

Letters of Rec

Will get one from whoever my last PI is at my institution, one from TAMU, and looking for the last letter to be fulfilled by SURF or REU type program

GRE

Unsure, will probably take just in case

Awards

ACS scholar

What are my odds of getting to a top school? Is there anything I should focus on especially to get in? I've heard some people say to really focus on my research and maybe relax on my grades a little but I'm unsure if that's the right call.
