Hi all,

I’ve noticed that the active threads here lean heavily toward molecular biology, so I wanted to create a place for more organismal-oriented folks to talk about admissions (I’m hoping you exist, lol). People from related fields like zoology, conservation biology, etc are also welcome!

Hi! I’m also in this application cycle. I’m interested in microbes, but the ecological side so I’m applying to Ecology and Marine Science programs mostly. Patiently waiting responses from the five schools I applied to. Excited but furiously checking my email far too often.

Hi thanks for this! I applied to Duke Ecology and Dartmouth EEES. I have a campus visit/unofficial interview with Dartmouth next week. I haven't heard anything from Duke, although the POI said they probably can't take a student this year so I'm not too surprised. Has anyone else heard?
