2023 chemistry uchicago interview phd

I interviewed for uchicago chemistry- it was only about 15 minutes. Is this common for all departments? Is it bad? Does it mean they are highly considering me? Do they interview everyone?

I also had my interview this week and mine was also 15 minutes if that helps! Past that I also have no idea what the implications of getting an interview are. I do believe interviews this early are usually a good sign but not sure?
