I am a sophomore Computer Science and Molecular Biology double major student from a top3 school middle eastern country. I will do research for this summer and until the end of my school including fall-spring terms for every year(my school is not 4 years but 5 because of double major). My GPA when I start admissions will be around 3.7. And I will have done 2 more internships other than the one in my school this summer. Is 3.7 GPA okay for top20 schools or should I do an extra masters in my school to compensate the low GPA? In my school, there's a handful of alumni who went to my dream schools and some even is a professor in this school. Could working with those professors who got into my desired schools improve my chance not only by research experience but also letters of reccomendations? I'm also doing a math minor FWIW. Thanks in advance.
