educational theatre - nyu steinhardt

hi, i'm looking to do a masters in educational theatre, and it seems as if the one offered by nyu - steinhardt matches what i want the best. i've read some pretty scary reviews that steinhardt is not the best of colleges to get into. it is an expensive course, and it's hard for an international student to judge how good/bad these programmes (other than the obvious big names) are.

has anyone here done their masters in educational theatre from steinhardt? do you know anyone who has, and what's the general feedback like? which are the other good colleges for this programme?

would be very grateful for any information i could have on this.
