Rockefeller Graduate School Online Application System

Hello,

I've been trying to pay for and submit my application to the David Rockefeller Graduate Program using the online application system but every time I try to pay using my credit card (there's a PayPal icon that's supposed to take me to the payment page), it gives me an error from Weill Cornell Medical School saying that it's unable to take money at this time. I've emailed the grad office twice but haven't had a response. Anyone else have this problem?
