MS in Renewable energy

Hello everyone

I am a 2006 maths+EEE dualite from BITS pilani Goa campus. I am done with my toefl and gre. I am planing to apply in renewable energy (solar/wind/hydro electricity).

Usually it comes under Electrical engineering-->power and energy-->renewable energy.. But in some universities(very few) they have something called renewable engineering or environmental engineering. From what i have searched, Environmental engineering is a very chemical/civil based degree. Includes Soil, water , pollution etc..not what i am looking for.

I have one paper , one college project and two IIT interns in the field of Solar panel orientation for maximizing power efficiency and have done some work on wind energy too. My cg is 8.3.

It would be nice if i could have some contacts and information about this field. As this is kind of unusual field, i am not finding any college seniors pursuing MS/PHD in my field.

And also which Universities have good research in this field?
