SOP critique for MPP/IR programs!

I have my first draft of my statement and would really appreciate some feedback, as I'm having a really hard time with it. Please let met know if there's anyone out there who would be willing to read over it and critique it!

I'm also applying for MPP/MPA/IR programs this year. I'm a slightly older (29 years) international student and have been a civil servant for over six years. I'm also in the process of drafting/finalizing my SOPs. If thats ok with you, I wouldn't mind reading your SOP and critiquing it.
