Do grad schools see senior year fall quarter grades?

I go to a school on the quarter system, and the fall quarter ends a week or so before the Dec 15th deadlines.

From what I understand, grad schools wont see your fall quarter grades during the admissions process if you request transcripts from your school before your fall quarter grades come out right?

You're right. But since some schools may later require you to send a complete copy of official transcript to demonstrate your graduation from your undergrad institution, you may not want your grades look bad in your last semesters.
