Islamic Art history Program

Hi, I am preparing to do a PhD in Islamic art history and apply for 2012 program. My main fields of interest are the art and artistic relations between the Middle East, Central Asia and China from the Mongol period onward. I have a good command of Chinese, and now working on improvement of Persian and Arabic language skills.

Does anyone share the same interest?

Hi, I'v applied for both MAs and PhDs in the field of Islamic Art History with focus on Iranian early-Islamic Arts. Surprisingly haven't found anyone else with this field of interest. Just out of curiosity, which program have you applied and what was the result? I think It would be helpful if we share our experiences, don'e hesitate to ask if U have any question.
