Good Place for Kantianism

Hello all. I'm looking to get into a Philosophy doctoral program from where I currently am at Seminary. I've been suggested several schools by professors on the basis of my particular interests, but they're all top tier schools. I'd really like to apply at least one or two places where I have less of a long shot of getting in. So does anyone know of a (preferably non-top tier) university that is strong in Kantianism? (Almost all of my particular research interests relate to Kantianism in some way.)
